LGIS Qualifications Assessment Authority Corp. CEO Ms Loda Grace Zuyco – Dulla together with PEARSON Country Business Development Manager for Guam and the Philippines, Mr Mark Flores, congratulates the graduates of the University of Luzon during their 110th Commencement Exercises being held today at the CSI Stadia in Dagupan City.
